TIPS FOR LONG & HEALTHY HAIRS



 1.   The most important is to OIL your hairs  regularly . It is as same as watering the plants for their growth . Use OLIVE OIL , COCONUT OIL or ALMOND OIL .                                                            

  [Teenage girls or college going girls often skip to put some oil in hairs as oil make them look greasy but remember that some amount of it is very essential for hair roots .]

2.  Whenever you wash hairs , always do one thing - 
         30 minutes prior of washing hairs give a 5 minutes massage to your scalp in circular motion then leave it for 15 -20 minutes [ if not in hurry ] . This will improve blood circulation which gives growth to hairs & prevent from hair fall .

10 .  Use ONION JUICE if you are facing hair fall . Grind the onion then squeeze the juice & apply it in the scalp then leave it for 30 minutes . Afterwards wash it off.
