 It's common to face the problem of hair-fall during monsoon. But if hairs are falling too much then you've to give them special attention. 
When a person loses 100 hairs daily then this situation is considered as hair-fall.There are thousands of shampoos & conditioners to cure hair-fall but what if these thousands of products are not beneficial.
Why these are not beneficial?
Because the reason behind  hair-fall is not your hair roots or scalp but your habits & lifestyles.

STRESS - a major reason behind hair-fall 



In the present scenario, everybody is facing a problem of stress be it a child or adult. Even most of us deny having stress but every second person is affected by this especially in this time of pandemic. 
Some common reasons behind stress are - financial crises,  unemployment, fear of losing the job, workload,  household work pressure, breakup, enmity & many other reasons. Hairs are greatly affected by stress. If stress increases then hair-fall also increases.


Reduce Stress - There are many ways of reducing stress like gossiping with friends, spending quality time with family, always try to be positive & happy, do yoga regularly. Housewives can reduce their home load stress by delegating their work with other family members. Eat probiotic foods have beneficial microbes that enhance mental health.

DEFICIENCY OF NUTRIENTS & PROTEINS  IN THE BODY 

In decay, the whole world has changed their lifestyle. Ther are only a few percent of people who follow a healthy lifestyle with healthy & nutritious food. Most of us are addicted to unhealthy & junk food, which may please our taste buds but are not beneficial for our body & hair. Unhealthy lifestyle & eating habits, another reason behind hair-fall.

Include these in your diet - vitamin - C, intake as much as possible proteins & zinc. Lemon, orange, gooseberry [aawla], grapes, tomato, broccoli, guava & spinach [good source of vitamin c]. Whereas fish, eggs, peas, chicken are good sources of proteins. 


DEFICIENCY OF VITAMIN - D 
Vitamin - d is important for hairs as much as important for bones & immune system. Vitamin -D is rarely found in food products but the best source of it is Sunlight.


Measure - Daily take sunbath for 1/2 an hour in the morning. This will not only reduce hair-fall but you'll feel healthy also. Apart from this, you should intake fish, milk, cheese that reduce deficiency of vitamin -D in the body.


 Love your hair by pampering & giving attention too them.
Massage hair twice a week with olive oil, coconut oil, or mustard oil. Wash them after 1-2 hours.

Measure - Never do the mistake to comb or tie -up your wet hairs. Dry them naturally not with the help of hair or blow driers.
